  • Session I - July 1 through July 12 (Closed July 4th)

    Girls and boys entering grades 3 through 8.
  • Tuition

    $1375 per session. Red Cross swim instruction (optional) and afternoon snack. Lunch is available for an additional $75per session.
    $1275 for Session 1. Lunch for session 1 - $67.50.

    Joseph Cohen - A certified high school teacher in the Huntington School District, Mr. Cohen has been teaching in the STEM field for over 13 years.  Mr. Cohen has also been instrumental in transforming and updating LuHi's GIFT program to include discovery and STEM-based activities for campers of various ages and interests. 
  • Program Description

     
    Next Generation G.I.F.T. - Our program offers campers minds on, hands on activities that allow them to explore, question and deepen their understanding of the world around. Campers will have an opportunity to explore state of the art technology like Makerbot 3-D printing, Lego Robotic, Computer Programming with JavaScript/HTML and Rocketry.

    Program Highlights: The unique aspect of this program is that everyday students choose a schedule that fits their interests from a wide variety of activities in multiple genres.   In addition to the STEM activities campers can choose to take a break and participate in daily sport & swim programs – there is no doubt this program truly has something for everyone!  Sample of STEM activities include:
