  • Age Level:

    Boys and girls grades 5 to 10.
  • Tuition:

    $1400 per session. Lunch is available for an additional $75.
  • Co-Directors:

    Christopher Theodorellis. Mr. Theodorellis is a teacher in the Huntington School District. He has been fishing the Long Island waters for over 30 years and has been an instructor for the LuHi Fishing program for 12 years. This is his 7th year as the Director of the program. He is an outstanding educator and avid outdoorsman with over 15 years of experience in teaching and young people.

    Brendan McGowan. Mr. McGowan is a teacher in the Huntington School District with over 25 years of teaching experience. He has been an instructor for the LuHi Fishing program for 16 years and promotes the healthy, educational and fun aspects of exploring and appreciating the many natural habitats and history Long Island has to offer through outdoor activities.
  • Program Description:

    The perfect camp for active kids who enjoy the great outdoors. Activities may include hiking, fishing, archery, crabbing, camping/survival skills, zip-lining, & other adventures. Campers will explore various parts of Long Island and receive instruction from experts in their respective fields.
